Young Mother Killed at Cavlar’s Memorial
The tragedy doesn’t stop. 27-year-old mother of 3 Nancy Williams was killed early Sunday morning after arriving at a party to pay tribute to slain rapper Cavlar (real name Levlar Lyde). Cavlar was shot to death early last Tuesday in front of his cousin in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Seven shots were fired from “some distance” at those who gathered to celebrate Cavlar’s life. Williams was hit once in the chest.
