Reports from CNN say Heath Ledger’s undertaking of the demonic sociopath “The Joker”, in the upcoming Batman movie The Dark Knight, still haunted him after playing the character. Ledger stated that he was sleeping on average of 2 hours a night and using the sleep medication Ambien to sleep, and having to increase his dosage to sleep even for one hour. I just recently saw his role in Batman The Dark Knight. I think he actually plays the Joker the best out of all the Batman movies. It’s such a shame that he had to die. I’m starting to believe that maybe it was the role of the Joker that maybe helped to cause his death.

His role as the Joker was truly disturbing.
I can see why it could haunt and torment him even after the film.
