Did Beyoncé & Jay-Z Take Out A Marriage License?

Is it finally happening?  A source claims that Beyoncé and Jay-Z took out a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY this morning, Tuesday, April 1.  The license is good for 60 days.  Naturally, Beyoncé rep has said, “No comment.”  Jay-Z’s spokesperson could not be reached for comment.
