NY Post’s mag round-up: Atoosa Rubenstein contributing to the credit card debt of the future
The “Post”, in between thinking of clever captions for the first ever Hasidic cop, summarized everything you need to know about the current teen mags out there. And this was their saddening thesis.
From older titles to junior versions of women’s magazines, the consensus seems to be that happiness is one swipe of the credit card away.
That awkwardly phrased sentence however didn’t stop them from writing slightly condescending reviews of Teen Vogue, Teen People, Cosmo Girl, and Seventeen, and giving you all the info that your high school aged daughter could’ve told you in less time. Though, of course then, you might have to buy her something for it.
