Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are about to become NYC residents. The couple purchased a two-bedroom, two-bath downtown condo on Bowery for $999,999. Madden’s reps confirmed that they will consider it a primary residence. The new apartment is 1,000 square-foot and on the 11th floor. It’s described by the building’s senior agent Shelley O’Keefe of Corcoran Group Marketing as “very simple, nothing high-design. It’s low-key and was sold unrenovated.”Soooo does this mean Nicole will be starring in Chicago this summer after all?
