Is Mariah Carey “Engaged” to Nick Cannon?
So Mariah Carey wants even more attention, apparently. Cause losing 20lbs, coming out with a new album, and getting awards isn’t enough. Mimi was at the afterparty for her new film, Tennessee, on Saturday night (it’s showing at the Tribeca Film Festival) with Nick Cannon. Which is fine and dandy until you take into account the ginormous ring on her left ring finger. The two (and I refuse to call them a “couple” or “pair” because I just think it’s publicity), held hands at the party, which was held at the Cadillac Lounge at Tenjune. On April 14, they were also spotted “looking cozy” in Las Vegas. When asked if they were engaged, naturally, there was no comment from anyone.
When asked what he loved about Mariah, Cannon said, “Everything.” Mariah just said that she was “in love with my dog.”
Yeah. Okay. Not buying it at all. At. All. Until like last week, wasn’t Mariah dating a producer, Mark-something, for like 3 years? I somehow doubt that she broke up with him and got engaged within a day. But that’s just me. Pictures below:
