Hilary Duff went shopping in New York City today, looking very much like a non-coked out version of Lindsay Lohan. Duff was shopping in the Meatpacking District, visiting stores such as Scoop and eyewear store Artsee. Good weather is back in NYC and the celebs are coming out during the daytime now!
