Ashlee Simpson and her Promise Ring were at Marquee in NYC on Tuesday night, where Ashlee did a “surprise performance.” One club-goer shares that the newly redhead ’singer’ “has the worst laugh I’ve ever heard. She kept laughing into the microphone between her abbreviated songs.”
Mama Tina Simpson, Jessica’s hairdresser/BFF Ken Paves, and boyfriend Pete Wentz were all at the club during the performance.
